⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a $15 cancellation fee * This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a $15 no-show fee Future bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment ⏰ Late Policy We understand that things happen, however: * Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee * After 20 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation ($15 fee applies) Please note: Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to avoid disrupting the next client
